17. Buyback and Exchange Assurance Policy (Up to 70%)
Eligible only for genuine products purchased from our official website or authorized store. Invoice is mandatory. Customers may receive up to 70% of original value as store credit; the new purchase must exceed the credit amount. Valid for up to 3 years from purchase. Returned products must be in good condition; inspection is required. Customers must cover shipping charges. Customized or discounted products may not be eligible. Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Policy may be modified without notice.

7–10 business days to original payment. Shipping non-refundable.
Photograph Requirement
Before we arrange for your damaged or incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. It is then up to the discretion of the House of Ansh Jewellery Quality Check team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
This policy does not apply to cancellation of orders after 3 days of placing it, or to custom made orders.
No Refunds in the Following Cases
Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
Package refused by recipient.
Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and may vary slightly from website photographs.
If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
The customer fails to inform us within 2 days of receipt of goods.
For Made to Order requests cancelled after 2 days of payment — 25% of the product cost will be deducted and the balance refunded.

1. Pan-India Shipping
We proudly offer shipping services worldwide, committed to ensuring safe and timely delivery. We have partnered exclusively with reputable courier companies like DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpress Bees and more to guarantee your satisfaction.
2. Shipping Method — India
Free shipping on orders ₹2,999 & above. A delivery fee of ₹299 is applied to all orders below ₹2,999. All prices listed are inclusive of GST.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Each piece is meticulously crafted to order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Our team will contact you to confirm details. Once dispatched, delivery takes 6–8 business days, excluding bank holidays and Sundays. Customisation requests may require additional time and a ₹500 fee; manufacturing takes 7–30 days depending on design complexity. Customised orders are not eligible for exchange — please refer to our Exchange & Repair Policy.
4. Delivery Schedule
Our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), 10 AM – 6 PM. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct with every order.
5. Tracking Information
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. While we assist in tracking your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances attributable to our delivery partner.
